Illegal immigrant rapes woman on Pennsylvania train while passengers remain in Kitty Genovese syndrome mode

An illegal immigrant who'd already turned up in the USA during Barack Obama's term of office raped a woman on a train in the Upper Darby/Delaware County area, and no passengers tried to stop him:

An illegal alien, released into the United States by the federal government, is accused of raping a woman on a Pennsylvania train as passengers filmed on their cellphones and did not intervene.

Fiston Ngoy, a 35-year-old illegal alien from the Republic of the Congo, was arrested and charged with raping a woman on a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) train on the evening of October 13.

According to a report by Fox News’s Alex Pfeiffer and Adam Shaw, Ngoy originally arrived in the U.S. on an F-1 student visa in 2012. By 2015, though, Ngoy’s visa was terminated and he began living as an illegal alien after failing to self-deport.

It's been said that the passengers who refused to prevent the crime could be prosecuted. Let's hope they are, because this is exactly why innocent people fall victim to such terrible incidents. It's also why Kitty Genovese was murdered in 1964, and the late actress Theresa Saldana was almost murdered in 1982. And now, fraud-in-chief Joe Biden's making things worse by allowing even more such monsters into the USA.
