Education ministry orders removal of transsexual girl from religious boys' school in Givat Shmuel

The Israeli education ministry's taken a positive step in dealing with the transsexual scandal some creeps tried to force upon a religious boys' class in Givat Shmuel, and what they did came at the girl's expense too:

Rabbi Yaakov Ariel, a former chief rabbi of the city of Ramat Gan and a senior rabbi in the Religious-Zionist movement, has thanked the government supervisor of state-religious schools within the Education Ministry for the decision to remove the "transgender-boy," a girl who has been dressed as a boy for years, from her school in Givat Shmuel.

The story of the "trans-boy" first broke at the start of the current academic year, when parents of children in the class were shocked to discover that among the third-grade boys was one who had been born a girl and nonetheless had been coming to school dressed in a yarmulka and tzitzit for years. Furthermore, even the teachers had been unaware that the child now being referred to as a "trans-boy" was in fact a girl. The principal of the school had known for several years but elected to keep the knowledge to herself; in addition, officials within the Education Ministry in the department dealing with state-religious education also knew about the child, and kept the matter secret.

All staff who were part and parcel of the deception should be fired from their jobs, and made to apologize for the psychological harm they did to all children involved.

Appeals to address the issue fell on deaf ears for months, while the municipality refused to approve the requests of parents of other children in the class to transfer their sons to other local schools. Finally, after the Hanukkah recess, most of the boys in the class were withdrawn by their parents and enrolled in a new, privately run class held off the school premises. Funds were raised to pay the teachers and many prominent rabbis visited to teach classes of their own.

Now, following the Ministry's decision to remove the girl from the boys' class, Rabbi Ariel has requested that the private class not be immediately dispersed, as it will likely take some time for the decision to be implemented and the parents refuse to return their sons to their regular class until the "trans-boy" is removed. Meanwhile, the child's family has announced that they will be appealing the decision which was "taken without our agreement or cooperation."

Apparently, the "parents" believe they're fully allowed to foist this upon the class and the girl, and the ministry has no right to refuse their twisted beliefs. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is just as offensive as Haredis who body shame and erase the female sex from imagery. Some of the commentors said, for example:

This is a clear case for the CPS. The parents of that girl should be arrested and the girl transferred to a mental institution so the psychological damage her parents caused to her can be addressed. Likely the poor girl will need years and years of therapy to even begin to be able to live a normal life.

Also, as Truth said below, the parents accomplices need to be arrested too.

Correct. They can't possibly be true Judaists, or they'd honor their daughter's femininity, teach her to be proud of it, and not belittle her by damaging her mental health, as they have. Another said:

I think the family of this girl should be investigated. Odds are that she has been sexuaIIy abused by members of her family and needs counseling. She should definitely be placed with a foster family meanwhile.

And also:

She definitely is being mentally abused if she is only a 3rd grade and has been brainwashed to pretend to be a boy for years as the article say. What does a pre-schooler know about what they want in life. The mother needs to be transferred to a psych ward

How on earth was this missed at PE classes, or by the school nurse?

I find it hard to believe that the headmistress was the only one at the school keeping this a secret.

That too is correct. They're not religious so much as they are wokeists who've caused serious embarrassment, and validated child abuse. This was truly an awful occurance.
