Muslim girl who stabbed Jewish woman near Shimon Hatzaddik neighborhood convicted
The Jerusalem District Court convicted the 14-year-old terrorist who, in 2021, carried out a stabbing attack in the Shimon Hatzaddik neighborhood in Jerusalem, which injured Moriah Cohen, a resident of the neighborhood, who was out walking with her children. It's definitely good the culprit here was punished. And it'll definitely be good if the teen boy they speak of is punished too. This is exactly why such monsters don't deserve to be in that neighborhood.
Due to her young age, the terrorist will only be convicted and sentenced. Immediately after the attack, the extremely young terrorist ran to a nearby school, where she hid until security forces raided the school and apprehended her.
Cohen congratulated the court's decision: "The wild incitement that drives an underage terrorist to try and murder me in front of my children has to stop. Just this week, a 15-year-old terrorist carried out a shooting attack here in the neighborhood. I hope the court will sentence the terrorist to many years in prison and order the family to be deported. The attempt by the terrorists who live in my neighborhood to murder me and kick us out won't work, we will stay here forever."
Adv. Chaim Bleicher from the Honenu organization, who represents Moriah Cohen, responded to the court's decision: "The murderous Islamic terror uses every way to murder Jews. The terror organizations incite and coax teens to take up arms and try to massacre Jews, even if it's a mother with her small children. We welcome the court's decision to convict the terrorist of attempted murder since the intentions of a terrorist who stabs someone a clear to any intelligent person. We expect the court to hand the terrorist a heavy and significant sentence to deter any terrorist at any age."
In December 2021, the young terrorist, a resident of the Shimon Hatzaddik neighborhood, followed Cohen, who was walking with her children on the street, and stabbed her in the back. The terrorist escaped to a nearby school, where she hid until she was caught by security forces. The court's decision comes only two days after a 15-year-old boy opened fire on a Jew in the same neighborhood.
While we're on the subject, there's been, however, a terrible case of a Muslim judge in the supreme court who made an offensive statement serving as apologist for a rapist:
Dozens protested Thursday night outside the home of Khaled Kabub, a Supreme Court justice, after he declared that a rapist acted "without significant violence."The judge in question is exactly why judicial reform is needed. He's done a horrible disfavor for women, no matter their ethnic background.
In the incident in question, an Arab raped a Jewish woman, but Kabub declared that the rapist had acted "without significant violence" and ordered that his release be considered.
The protest in front of Kabub's home was organized spontaneously, by the human rights organization B'tsalmo, and it was carried out thanks to Yuval Dirlik, who heads the organization's policy department and its government connections, and who found Kabub's address and confirmed the information by arriving at the site himself several hours prior to the protest. Dirlik requested a glass of water, and Kabub gave it to him.
Attending the protest were haredim, secular Israelis, Arabs, elderly, and children. MK Almog Cohen (Otzma Yehudit) also attended the protest, stating that no one may harm women, and demanding an investigation into Kabub's ruling.
The protesters arrived with signs reading, "Honorable Judge: Rape is murder," "Honorable Judge: Rape IS violence," and, "We will not allow women to be hurt," all of them protesting Kabub's inflammatory statement.
