The USA Navy will be removing the LGBT activist Harvey Milk's name from one of their ships:

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered the United States Navy to remove the name of slain gay rights leader Harvey Milk from oiler USNS Harvey Milk, according to several reports.

A memorandum from the Office of the Secretary of the Navy, which was viewed by Military.com, showed that the Navy was preparing to change the name of the ship, and a “defense official” confirmed to the outlet that Hegseth had ordered U.S. Secretary of the Navy John Phelan to change the name of the ship: [...]

Several Democrats such as Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), and Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE), responded to the news by describing the move as being “spiteful,” while others pointed out that Milk was a “pedophile.”

Regrettably, leftists have been obscuring these facts and issues, and lionizing the creep for years. All because certain Orwellian advocates are so desperate for putting "icons" on pedastals. Of course, this is precisely why we have to stop putting all these figures on pedastals, no matter what's known about them. Hegseth is doing the right thing to have Milk's name removed from the ship.
