Something good to know about actress Sydney Sweeney:

Hollywood actress Sydney Sweeney, one of the boldest and most prominent stars of recent years, is used to stealing the spotlight on the red carpet and making waves in advertisements like the one for American Eagle. But Monday night at the premiere of her new film, "The Housemaid", she managed to move us in particular.

The reason? A dramatic, sexy, and elegant dress designed by Israeli fashion house Galia Lahav which made a big splash in Hollywood.

Sweeney chose a design that highlights Galia Lahav's recognizable signature – precise tailoring, rich fabrics, and an unapologetic presence. The choice of an Israeli designer for such a high-profile evening proves once again that Israeli designers are playing in the big leagues.

This is certainly something that can encourage a special respect in me for Sweeney. And congratulations to Lahav as well for designing something fancy that all women should be able to wear.
