Arab landowner murdered for selling property to Jewish buyers
The UK Times reports (via One Jerusalem and Jihad Watch) that a shocking murder has taken place in eastern Jerusalem:
The murder committed is also chillingly similar in some ways to the honorkillings murders committed against women of Muslim backgrounds for having affairs and relationships with non-Muslim men.
AN ARAB man accused of selling his property in the fiercely contested region of east Jerusalem to Jewish settlers was buried in a traitor’s grave yesterday after Palestinian police found his body riddled with bullets in a burnt-out car.There have been a few other horrific murders of Arab land owners by Muslims bigots for excercising their right to sell property to whomever they choose in past years too. One can only wonder if even in Europe and America, such a thing could happen if an Arab were to sell land to Christian buyers. If something isn't done to put a stop to crimes like this one, that may be what could happen next.
Israeli police believe that Muhammad Abu al-Hawa, 48, whose body showed signs of torture, was murdered by Palestinians outraged by the sale to Jews of the three upper floors of a four-storey property on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem.
