Muslims against immigration enforcement
The illegal alien crisis in the US is continuing to become more severe, as even Muslims in America, including CAIR, collaborate with the supporters of uncontrolled immigration in the latest demonstrations. Michelle Malkin and Debbie Schlussel have the details, and it's important to note that CAIR has been militantly oppossed to immigration enforcement and security measures since 9-11.
An important point to be made here is: if these illegals do not have citizenship, then simply put, they do not have the legitimacy to be protesting anything.
To make matters worse, as The Dallas Morning News (also via Michelle) reports, some of these demonstrators are acting quite violently towards counter-protestors. (Random Numbers had his camera broken when trying to film the one in that city.) There's also been an assault on a counter-protestor in Maine (via Michelle). For good news though, there was a counter-protest in Denver.
And not only that, it seems that the Democrats are encouraging much of this mayhem too, including the desire of illegals to get the right to vote in elections. Wizbang reports:
A blogger in Oregon notes that the state uses some kind of electronic voting devices, and I needn't have to point out that such things can enable manipulation, which is why something must be done to put a stop to that.
The case surrounding illegal immigration is getting very serious now. Remember: "today we march, tomorrow we vote."
And with that said, I think it's about time that we focus on something that's been largely obscured till now: the Hidalgo Treaty of 1848. As Cubed at IBA points out:

The fact that the Dems are recruiting at these protests isn't a surprise. It fits into their big picture of race and politics (which is why the flyer's visual puts Texas and Mexico together). The Democrats classify people based upon race and then work to corner the racial voting collectives. At this point, the white vote is already split down the middle, half voting Democrat, half Republican. The Dems have cornered the black voting collective with over 90% voting Democratic. If Democrats manage to corner the Hispanic vote like they have cornered the black vote, Republicans won't win the White House for a very long time. This is the Democrats' dream, so they are trying very hard to collectivize the Hispanic community by turning the immigration issue into another civil rights issue. And Senator Ted Kennedy is going to address the invaders in D.C today.

The Treaty of Hidalgo, signed by both Mexico and the United States in 1848, put an end to the Mexican-American war, and for a mutually agreed upon price of $18,250,000 (about $627,500,000 in today's dollars), gave the United States UNDISPUTED CONTROL of California, Texas, Nevada, Utah, along with parts of Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Wyoming. So what's going on here? Do I smell an attempt to obscure history to justify retaking the western US? And could it be that the demonstrators themselves are being used as pawns? If anything, the facts regarding the Hidalgo Treaty should most definately not be ignored here, and I think quite a few people in the pro-illegal immigration crowd have a lot of explaining to do.
