What's Yemen up to exactly?

Yemen is another mainly Islamic country filled with dishonesty we don't need to be doing business with, and if they released Jamal al-Badawi, one of the masterminds who conducted the bombing of the USS Cole 7 years ago, then I think that's exactly why we should cut off aid to them and not waste valuble tax dollars.

As of now, it's been reported that al-Badawi is in custody again, but, as the Jawa Report says, all Yemen is really doing is deception game-playing.
