Despite some of the most obscene things this geriatric has spouted lately, he's still allowed to maintain his position at the UN because, according to a spokesperson:

Professor [Richard] Falk is appointed by member states of the Human Right Council in Geneva and not by the Secretary General. So it is within the domain of the Human Rights Council and member states to determine the appointment and work of special rapporteurs. It is up to them to decide.Sorry, no sale. If they wanted to, I'm sure they could get rid of the old bag very quickly and stop wasting everybody's tax dollars. And this is just one more reason why the UN must be defunded by the US, and by Europe too.
