Even Israel doesn't win if the army retreats

The JTA is asking who won and lost in the Gaza war. While the Hamas did lose in terms of weapons and tunnels, Israel is also losing by just retreating and not destroying the terrorist organization altogether. And of course, there's also the problem of anti-Israel propaganda the country will now have to face.
