Roseanne Barr makes disgusting suggestion for Bill Cosby

It's been a few weeks since the accusations against Cosby for raping more than a dozen women in past decades built up. I shouldn't have to tell just how devastating it is that a man once considered an iconic role model for family audiences turned out to have feet of clay. But now, Roseanne Barr, whose onetime sitcom was produced by the same people as Cosby's, has taken to making things worse with some nasty "jokes", including the following dud about what she thinks Cosby should do to regain status in Hollywood:

I'm not laughing here, and neither should anyone else. She's just proven further and further why she never needed a sitcom to begin with. It's bad enough Cosby now stands accused of sexual assaults, and several hundred episodes of past TV programs, along with a number of films, albums and TV specials, have now been tarnished for a long time to come. The article says:

Barr has been extremely vocal on Twitter since reports broke that 77-year-old Cosby is being accused of sexually harassing eighteen different women on separate occasions throughout his fruitful comedy career.

A Tweet appeared recently on her page, playing on allegations that Hollywood big wigs are anti-Israel, suggesting that this wave of bad press would pass if the comedian simply took a stand against the Jewish state.

Well I don't think it's impossible some executives are anti-Israel, and they do have scumbags running around, including Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz. But Barr isn't much better, and she recently made another sick joke about the subject that was later taken down. This is a very sad month, coming such a short time after Stephen Collins was discovered to be a sex offender, and who knows how many more once-admired figures will turn out to be a bad lot? It's simply terrible. Dozens of lives have been destroyed by these performers, and their work has been damaged for years on end.
