UK appeals court makes it difficult to protect children from transsexuality drug treatment

Here's an example of the UK's corrupt courts doing the dirty work of transsexuality advocates seeking to damage children for life:

England’s Court of Appeal has reversed a High Court decision restricting the use of trans drugs on children, with “detransitioners” worried the ruling may have put “children as young as 10” on “a pathway to sterilisation” again.

In December 2020, the High Court had ruled to restrict the use of so-called puberty blockers on children after a case was brought against the highly controversial Tavistock and Portman National Health Service (NHS) Foundation Trust and others by Keira Bell, a so-called “detransitioner” who believes she was “rushed” into life-changing gender reassignment as a teenager and now regrets the irreversible damage this caused.

“There will be enormous difficulties in a child under 16 understanding and weighing up this information and deciding whether to consent to the use of puberty-blocking medication,” the High Court had decided.

“It is highly unlikely that a child aged 13 or under would be competent to give consent to the administration of puberty blockers,” they added, further suggesting that “It is doubtful that a child aged 14 or 15 could understand and weigh the long-term risks and consequences of the administration of puberty blockers.”

Now, however, Lord Chief Justice Lord Burnett, Master of the Rolls Sir Geoffrey Vos, and Lady Justice King have reversed this ruling at the Court of Appeal, claiming that the High Court “was not in a position to generalise about the capability of persons of different ages to understand what is necessary for them to be competent to consent to the administration of puberty blockers.”

This is bad, of course, and is bound to enable more physical damage for children exploited by such criminals. And on a related note, feminists in the USA are becoming victimized by this terrible situation as well:

A feminist who lives in Madison, Wisconsin, is accused of placing stickers in the city that express opposition to gender ideology.

Thistle Pettersen, who is a member of the Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF) and founder of Women’s Liberation Radio News, is charged with “disorderly conduct with a hate crime enhancer.”

Petterson allegedly posted stickers with messages like “Woman = Adult Human Female,” “Trans Lie$ Matter” (a reference to Big Pharma support for the gender industry), and “Everything is Transphobic.” The stickers were found on State Street in Madison in a variety of locations that already have other stickers and graffit, including telephone poles and a dispenser box for “Our Lives,” an LGBT magazine.

WoLF has consistently worked to advance and restore the rights of women and girls, including female athletes who are being forced to compete against men who “identify” as a transgender woman.

It just shows how male supremacy lives on in a new guise. All at the expense of women yet again, proving sexist men have never abandoned their bias. Nothing's changed.

Update: in some better news, the school network in Fairfax County, Virginia has removed books containing graphic depictions of LGBT sex that normalized the ideologies with children. It's stunning how such horror stories are even considered suitable for the overall market.
