Shrier sets the record straight about Haaretz's lies
Conservative author Abigail Shrier exposed what she called "leftist media lies" in a Twitter thread about the narrative surrounding the release of her book, "Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters," in Israel this week.Read more at the article. It should be noted that a number of years ago, Steimatsky also refused to sell books about Charlie Hebdo's satirical illustrations that put them in the crosshairs of Islamofascism. So, this is no shock they'd throw her under the bus, but it's still monumentally offensive they continue to demonstrate they're an utter farce when it comes to extremists. I think the bookstore chain will have to be boycotted, since this is a very serious matter.
Shrier linked to an article in the Israeli newspaper Haaretz that downplayed the support she experienced in the country as the top two book chains refusing to sell her book, "Irreversible Damage," in its stores after succumbing to activist pressure.
The author took to Twitter to correct the record and even after trans activists successfully pushed the country's largest book stores from carrying the book, hundreds of Israeli's registered and paid to attend her talk in Tel Aviv.

Update 3: there's also this interesting news to consider:
Likud MK Nissim Vaturi caused an outcry on Tuesday by saying that some parents deliberately decide to make their children gay in order to support LGBTQ values, including by giving their sons dolls to play with.Of course, the Times of Israel won't make clear that if Maoz is against feminism, it's the leftist kind. That aside, there's a valid point here that parents aren't saints, and can do very bad things to their children, even psychologically. And something will have to be done to put a stop to that.
Vaturi gave an interview to the Knesset Channel in which he voiced support for the government’s recent decision to grant far-right MK Avi Maoz the authority to exercise oversight over educational vendors in public schools.
Maoz and his Noam party espouse anti-LGBTQ, anti-pluralist, and anti-feminist views, garnering significant concern and criticism from politicians and organizations opposed to his drive to exert control over the external educational vendors who supplement curricula in public schools.
Vaturi told the channel that children should be left alone to decide what they want to be and claimed that some parents deliberately try to encourage their children to be gay for ideological reasons.
“There are parents who encourage LGBT [values], they give a boy a doll because it seems to them that he should now be gay, but that is not right. No one should influence people, neither Avi Maoz nor secularists. You don’t need to promote things, you don’t need to promote LGBT issues. Let the child choose what to be, whether he is religious, secular or LGBT. A person should choose his own path,” said Vaturi.
