Holland's left-wing government imposes sanctions on goods made in Judea/Samaria, causing serious offense

Following Britain's own hypocrisies, the Netherlands has also acted offensively, taking actions that only legitimize what even Geert Wilders and Ayaan Hirsi Ali have been in danger of, and now, Israeli government officials have had to respond accordingly:

Israeli officials are tired of being the target of European sanctions when the problems in Judea and Samaria are all caused by Palestinian terrorists, not by Israelis rightfully living on their ancient land.

As I have explained many times, the so-called Palestinians have no right to own Judea and Samaria, which was part of the land that God gave from the river to the sea to the Jewish people as a perpetual possession thousands of years before the invention of Islam (Genesis 17:8, Joshua 1:4). Furthermore, modern Israelis have generously given certain towns to the Palestinians, such as Bethlehem, which only resulted in those towns becoming hotbeds of terrorist activity and anti-Christian persecution. Right around the time that Palestinians committed multiple attacks, including at least one deadly shooting, in Judea and Samaria, the UK and Dutch governments punished the Israeli government, as if it were the cause of the violence instead of fundamentalist Islam.

Gideon Sa’ar, minister of foreign affairs for Israel, announced on September 27, “Following the entry into force last week of an order banning the import and sale of products from Judea and Samaria, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights, we informed the Dutch Embassy in Israel this evening that Dutch diplomats operating in Ramallah must return their Israeli-issued diplomatic documentation within seven days. After this period, the diplomatic privileges and immunities granted to them by the State of Israel will expire.”

Such actions are long overdue. Why should Israel continue to host representatives of governments that have done everything possible to vilify and undermine Israel on the world stage? Why should Israel give diplomatic immunity to allies of its deadly enemies?

One of the saddest things about this scandal is that now, plenty of Israelis will likely boycott Dutch products like the Merba pastry brand, and from what I know, the USA ambassador Mike Huckabee told there's members of a Christian movement he knows who've been subject to this as well. The left-wing government now running Holland is definitely contributing in their own way to a very sad decline of civilization in Europe.

Miliband previously drew a sharp response from Israel after announcing a ban on imports from Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria following Israel's issuance of construction tenders in the E1 area between Jerusalem and Ma'aleh Adumim.

In response, Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar announced a series of measures against Britain. Israel said it would close the British Consulate in Jerusalem, remove British representatives from the International Gaza Support Center in Kiryat Gat and end British training activities for Palestinian Authority forces in Judea and Samaria under the “British Support Team in Ramallah." Israel also said it would bar 12 British elected representatives and other British nationals from entering the country over alleged antisemitic and anti-Israel activity or denial of Israel's existence.

Miliband's got a long record of these abominations too, and now, he's being just as repellent as his Dutch counterparts.

Update 2: what's also fascinating about the Dutch government's tactics is that, despite their supposed positions, they still end up targeting Arab residents:

There is just one catch. A review of the European Union's official postal code document, the operational backbone for Dutch customs and enforcement authorities, showed that officials in The Hague are no experts on the geography of the Land of Israel. Leaning on postal codes alone including Arab, Druze, and Christian communities, as well as residents who live within pre-1967 borders. The reason for the decision to blindly follow the EU table is unclear, but it could stem from the fact that Dutch law prohibits the specific targeting of communities based on ethnicity or religion; hence resorting to geography provides an easy way out. [...]

A review of the rest of the document's provisions showed that Dutch blindness does not stop at the Judea region, and it did not spare non-Jewish communities either, for instance in the Golan. The Druze and Alawite towns of Majdal Shams, Buq'ata, Mas'ade and Ein Qiniyye (Druze towns in the Golan Heights), all made the blacklist, alongside the Alawite village of Ghajar (an Arab village straddling the Israel-Lebanon border that was conquered together with the Golan in 1967). Apples, olives and other agricultural produce from these areas now fall under the Dutch trade ban.

Neve Shalom, the Jewish-Arab cooperative village founded to promote coexistence, also made the list, though it landed in the second tier requiring special customs checks rather than an outright ban because it is on the Green Line. Latrun Monastery, the well-known Trappist monastery (an order of monks bound by a vow of silence) in the Latrun area, which belongs to the Cistercian Christian order and produces wine and oil, was also included on the list requiring review.

Nof Ayalon and Sha'alvim, communities near the Green Line in the Ayalon Valley (an area in central Israel), were also flagged under the special review category.

The Dutch move has drawn sharp reactions in Jerusalem. Israel's Foreign Minister recently stripped Dutch representatives working with the Palestinian Authority in Ramallah of their diplomatic status and immunities. Israeli exporters, meanwhile, must now produce detailed supply chain paperwork to prove their goods do not come from the flagged postal codes.

US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee was not indifferent to the new draconian sanctions either, writing on X, "There were some people from Netherlands in our church this [Sunday] morning who are flying back tomorrow and have to check their souvenirs to make sure they aren't from Judea and Samaria, [since that could bring] a possible six year prison term. A Nativity scene set from Bethlehem could put you in prison! Insane!"

It's disgusting, and requires serious response from the USA too.
