A radical feminist says the transvestite movement is actually a "men's rights" movement
Kara Dansky, a feminist lawyer and spokeswoman for Women's Liberation Front (WoLF), spoke against the so-called "Equality Act" at the Heritage Foundation on Monday, denouncing the transgender and gender identity movement as anti-women and anti-lesbian in particular. Her remarks echoed the London Pride March sign declaring that "Transactivism Erases Lesbians."So lesbians, much like heterosexual women, are waking up and discovering that transvestism is simply a new way for sexist men to undermine women's status, infiltrate their privacy, steal jobs and such. If we look at how Hollywood deals with homosexuality, it's not even all that new that lesbians would be thrown under the bus: I've seen some TV programs from decades past where lesbians would be depicted as committing criminal activities, but while it may have once been considered okay to depict male homosexuals in crooked roles, that all began to change some time after Marcus Welby M.D had done it, and you'd have various TV programs where male homosexuals were depicted as people to sympathize with in almost every instance, yet with lesbians it remained okay in many cases to depict them negatively in this way or that. That's not saying it was that way in all instances since the late 1970s, but I suspect today, it's even worse.
"This is a men's rights movement — this is really a men's rights movement," Dansky declared, calling for men to stand up for women and denounce the transgender movement.
"Overwhelmingly women have been resisting this," Hacsi Horvath, a man who once identified as a woman and underwent surgery, said a few seconds before Dansky's remark. "And it's really shocking how many men on the internet are defending the whole trans thing. Straight men are all about the trans, and you have to wonder what the heck is going on."
Horvath agreed with Dansky in condemning transgender activism as a "men's rights movement," and Julia Beck — a lesbian and former member of the Baltimore mayor's LGBTQ Commission — nodded in agreement. Beck had been kicked off of the commission for opposing transgender identity.
"I got kicked off of the Baltimore mayor's LGBTQ commission — as the only lesbian — simply for stating biological facts," Beck said. "I was found guilty of 'violence.' My crime? Using male pronouns to talk about a convicted male rapist who identifies as transgender and prefers female pronouns."
"It doesn't matter that he sexually assaulted two women in a women's prison after being transferred there on account of his 'gender identity.' Oh no, it is far more criminal for me to call a male rapist 'he' than it is for him to rape," Beck argued.
Adding insult to injury, "the man who led my inquisition also identifies as 'transgender.' He is the president of the Baltimore Transgender Alliance and claims to be a lesbian," she added, bitterly. "I find that almost funny because everything he does makes life for women, girls, and lesbians worse."
"The meeting made one thing crystal clear: Inclusivity means all voices are welcome, except women's, except lesbians'," Beck said. "Everything is about the T now, entirely eclipsing the L, G, and B. The T is diametrically opposed to the first three letters in the acronym, and especially to the L."
Here's another article on the subject in the UK Mail:
Dansky specifically denounced the Equality Act, which aims to ban anti-LGBT discrimination in the likes of employment, housing, and education, among other services, as she spoke on Monday.Obama really did some serious damage on his way out, and that's the real war on women. It's time now to ensure all this transgender propaganda won't destroy what real, biological women fought hard for all these years.
The Equality Act would specifically add both sexual orientation and gender identity to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which currently bans discrimination on race, color, sex, religion, or national origin.
Rep Nancy Pelosi has stated that passing the act will be a priority in the Democrat-controlled House this year.
Dansky spoke specifically of her belief that the term 'gender identity' would cause women's rights to 'utterly disappear'.
WoLF sued the Obama administration in 2016 after it issued a recommendation stating that Title IX protected the rights of transgender students to use restrooms that match the gender they identify with.
Under Title IX, schools that receive federal funding cannot discriminate on the basis of sex. The Obama administration ruled that sex also includes 'gender identity'.
Dansky claims this was an 'unmitigated disaster' for women and girls and would mean they 'no longer exist as a coherent category worthy of civil rights protection'.
'Title IX's intention is specifically to protect women and girls in the educational arena,' she said.
'Feminists and other women fought very hard to get Title IX enacted into law in 1972. It's specifically to protect women and girls.'
'If sex is construed to mean "gender identity", what that means is nearly all sex-segregated spaces - colleges, sports, dormitories - and women's rights in general will utterly disappear,' she claimed.
'It is not possible to both enshrine gender identity in civil rights law and protect women and girls as a distinct legal category.'

Are you talking about transgenders in general or just transmen?
