Egyptian students gone AWOL, terrorists from Dearbornistan, and another London jihad plot.
There have been three interesting cases this week.
One, wherein 11 "students" from Egypt went missing, three who've already been found (H/T: Michelle Malkin, who's also got photos of them here, and something to say to Michael Chertoff of Homeland Security).
An important note to make here is that, if you look closely, you'll notice that many of these Muslim "students" who come to the US to "study" are almost all male, no females involved, if at all. Is that a sign of something to look out for? Yes, it may be.
Two, wherein two terrorist supporters from Dearborn, Michigan, were arrested in Ohio with 600 trac/cellphones on them, one of the weapons that terrorists can use for detonaters. From the Akron Beacon Journal (also via Michelle):
Now, another terrorist plot's been foiled in Britain, one in which the diablos were plotting to blow up close to twenty planes heading from the UK to the US by using bombs smuggled in hand-held luggage (also via Michelle). And all that Scotland Yard can do, just like Michael Chertoff, is downplay the whole thing and obscure the most important detail - that all these criminals were of Muslim backgrounds.
And a very good question here is: could there be any connection between the Egyptian students, the Dearbornistan terror suppliers, and even the London terrorists? Good question.

Two men were charged Wednesday with money laundering in support of terrorism after authorities said they found airplane passenger lists and information on airport security checkpoints in their car.Read here for an earlier incident involving cellphones. And on the current one, Debbie Schlussel talks about how the family of one of the terrorists is whining away about discrimination.
Deputies stopped Osama Sabhi Abulhassan, 20, and Ali Houssaiky, 20, both of Dearborn, Mich., on a traffic violation Tuesday and found the flight documents along with $11,000 cash and 12 phones in their car, Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks said.
It wasn't clear what significance the airline information might have. Assistant County Prosecutor Susan Vessels declined to comment on whether the manifests were for upcoming flights or those that already flown. She also would not give the origin or destination of the flight or flights.
FBI spokesman Mike Brooks in Cincinnati said his office was notified about the arrests and had an agent investigating.
Abulhassan and Houssaiky admitted buying about 600 phones in recent months at stores in southeast Ohio, said sheriff's Maj. John Winstanley. They sold the phones to someone in Dearborn, a Detroit suburb, Winstanley said.
Vessels declined to say how the phones, cash or flight information involved terrorism.
Investigators going through the car after the pair were pulled over in Marietta also found a map that showed locations of Wal-Mart stores from Ohio through Kentucky, Tennessee and into North and South Carolina, Vessels said.
