The New York Post has a most disturbing report involving Feisal Abdul Rauf, the imam behind the Cordoba mosque planned near the WTC's former standing, revealing that he's part of a group funding another group that helped organize the flotilla to Gaza (Hat tip: Hot Air):
The imam behind a proposed mosque near Ground Zero is a prominent member of a group that helped sponsor the pro-Palestinian activists who clashed violently with Israeli commandos at sea this week.Reuters has confirmed that the Free Gaza Movement, whose supporters include William Ayers, that it's biggest donation came from Perdana. I'd say there's a lot more reason now to protest this mosque atrocity that's being built. A man who would help fund barbarians like what Rauf did cannot and should not be viewed as legitimate.
Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf is a key figure in Malaysian-based Perdana Global Peace Organization, according to its Website.
Perdana is the single biggest donor ($366,000) so far to the Free Gaza Movement, a key organizer of the six-ship flotilla that tried to break Israel’s blockade of the Hamas-run Gaza Strip Monday.
