Will a French memorial museum for terror victims be honest about the influences leading to the horrors?

French president Emmanuel Macron says he intends to build a museum dedicated to victims of terrorism, not unlike what's located at Ground Zero in New York City for several years now:
French President Emmanuel Macron has announced the creation of a memorial museum to the victims of terrorism during an annual ceremony to remember those killed in terror attacks.

Macron made the announcement of the new memorial museum at the 19th annual ceremony organised by the French Association for Victims of Terrorism and the National Federation of the Victims of Attacks and Collective Accidents, France 24 reports.

The French leader also announced the creation of the National Centre for Resources and Resilience (CNRR), a centre that aims to improve the lives of trauma victims and will be located in a university hospital. The move is part of a broader plan to combat sexual violence.

A national day to remember terrorist victims is also in the works but the French president has yet to decide on a date, though organisations have proposed March 11th which has been chosen by the European Union as a day to mourn and remember victims of attacks that have occurred on European soil.
The challenging query is, will this museum be any more honest about the ideologies and influences that led to these horrors? Namely, the Islamic koran? As far as I know, political correctness has already found its way into the 9-11 museum in NYC, so can we be shocked if the victims and their families in France are also let down? It's not enough to just say these folks were victims of violence. It has to be made clear they were also victims of Islamic-influenced racism, antisemitism and misogyny. Otherwise, justice has not been served at all.

Remembering the victims of terrorism is not enough.

We must also remember the terrorists;

we must remember which language the terrorists speak (Arabic);

we must remember which religion the terrorists believe in (Islam);

we must remember which countries the terrorists were born in
(Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Morrocco, Saudi Arabia,
Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh);

we must remember which the names of the terrorists
(Mohammed, Achmed, Yassir, Yahya).

We must remember why the terrorists kill:

[1] because dying in the fight against Allah’s enemies exempts them from Hell

[2] because dying in the fight against Allah’s enemies guarantees them 70 virgins

[3] because dying in the fight against Allah’s enemies gives 70 relatives paradise

[4] because dying in the fight against Allah’s enemies guarantees $$ to relatives

[5] many terrorists already suffer from terminal illness, so they die soon anyway.
