A mother in California has accused the state of murdering her daughter for the sake of transsexual ideology (Hat tip: Breitbart):

A California mom has claimed her 19-year-old daughter was 'murdered by gender ideology' after the CPS removed her from her home because her parents didn't affirm her transgender identity.

Abigail Martinez stood before the California Judiciary Senate last week to blame gender ideology for taking her daughter Yaeli's life.

Yaeli Mozelle Galdamez died by suicide in September 2019, three years after CPS removed her from her mother's home.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com in March 2022, Martinez accused her Los Angeles County school of encouraging Yaeli to take hormones and undergo gender reassignment surgery as a child, while failing to properly treat her severe depression.

'The school was telling her to go to these LGBT groups behind my back. She went from questioning her sexuality to her gender,' she said.

At the hearing last week, Martinez said her daughter was murdered by a gender ideology'.

'CPS took my daughter when she was 16 years old. It was helped by her public school counselor and LGBTQ group and another trans-identified girl.

'My daughter was taken from her loving home because the state of California claims I was abusive for not affirming her trans identity. I lost my daughter over a name and pronouns.'

From what's been told, it appears her daughter committed suicide by "kneeling down in front of a train". That's absolutely terrible what California's neo-communist government led to, and they should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Some could easily argue that, since the family is Hispanic, what happened was racial discrimination too. We must offer our condolences to the mother and relatives for the horrifying experience they put them all through.

On a related subject, author J.K. Rowling points out that "cisgender" is a slur against men and women who don't live the transsexual lifestyle:

Her comments comes after Twitter owner Elon Musk said “cis” and “cisgender”– which transgender people use to refer to non-transgender people — are slurs and would be regarded as such on his social media platform.

J.K Rowling put her foot down on the creeping transgender terminology in a tweet Wednesday.

“‘Cis’ is ideological language, signifying belief in the unfalsifiable concept of gender identity,” the English author wrote. “You have a perfect right to believe in unprovable essences… but the rest of us have a right to disagree, and to refuse to adopt your jargon.”

Elon Musk replied “Exactly” to her comments. Earlier on Wednesday, he announced “cis” and “cisgender” will now be regarded as slurs on Twitter.

He said repeated, targeted harassment will result in at least temporary suspension.

And they're both correct. This is something that must be firmly objected to, because it is seriously damaging to public morale.
