Even after the seemingly cordial meeting between the POTUS and NYC's first Muslim mayor, the latter still retains very negative positions about the former:

Welker said, “You’ve also said in the past that President Trump has engaged in a, quote, attack on our democracy. You’ve called him a despot. Do you still believe President Trump is a threat to the democracy?”

Mamdani said, “Everything that I’ve said in the past, I continue to believe.”

Of course he does. Arguably, Mamdani's even worse than London's Sadiq Khan, in some ways. And without a doubt, he'll continue in some way or other to prove a terrible omen for the USA once he assumes office. It's a terrible shame much of the NYC public voted for him, and also for Alvin Bragg by extension. This makes clear much of New York state has something awfully wrong with it.
