Pittsburgh murderer was anti-Trump, and hated his associations with Jews
Bowers had reportedly posted numerous anti-Semitic remarks on social media, including criticisms of Donald Trump for surrounding himself with “k—s.”The really angering thing about CNN's coverage is that they tried to defame Gab, even though they cooperate with law enforcement, and even sent out a press release making clear their standings, which I'll post here in their defense:
President Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, and her husband, Jared Kushner, are both Jewish, as are their three children.
“Trump is a globalist, not a nationalist,” Bowers said via Gab, a social media platform, just days prior to the the shooting, CNN reports. “There is no #MAGA as long as there is a k— infestation.”
Gab.com’s policy on terrorism and violence have always been very clear: we a have zero tolerance for it. Gab unequivocally disavows and condemns all acts of terrorism and violence. This has always been our policy. We are saddened and disgusted by the news of violence in Pittsburgh and are keeping the families and friends of all victims in our thoughts and prayers. It's shameful how the mainstream press deliberately obscures those details for the sake of conservative-bashing, even as CNN admitted the bastard was anti-Trump. The social media server is just providing a platform where conservatives don't have to worry about falling victim to the kind of censorship Twitter's been committing at an alarming rate.
We refuse to be defined by the media’s narratives about Gab and our community. Gab’s mission is very simple: to defend free expression and individual liberty online for all people. Social media often brings out the best and the worst of humanity. From live streamed murders on Facebook, to threats of violence by bombing suspect Cesar Sayoc Jr. that went unaddressed by Twitter, and more. Criminals and criminal behavior exist on every social media platform.
Shortly after the attack, Gab was alerted to a user profile of the alleged Tree of Life Synagogue shooter. The account was verified and matched the name of the alleged shooter’s name, which was mentioned on police scanners. This person also had accounts on other social networks.
Gab took swift and proactive action to contact law enforcement immediately. We first backed up all user data from the account and then proceeded to suspend the account. We then contacted the FBI and made them aware of this account and the user data in our possession. We are ready and willing to work with law enforcement to see to it that justice is served.
We have nothing but love for all people and freedom. We have consistently disavowed all violence. Free speech is crucial for the prevention of violence. If people can not express themselves through words, they will do so through violence. No one wants that. No one.

Also, there's the left's own anti-semitism to consider:
It was ironic to see many of the same liberals, who recently fought to prop up the world’s most powerful Jew-hating terror state, lecturing us on the importance of combating anti-Semitism. But there they were yesterday. But it's painfully obvious they're not, and their mentality and resulting atmosphere is what led to tragedies like the one in Pittsburgh. Unless they apologize for their conduct, they shouldn't even talk about the subject.
The same Voxers who had long rationalized, romanticized, and excused the Jew-killing terror organization of the Middle East were now blaming the existence of the evil, anti-Semitic Pittsburgh shooter on Republicans. The same Pod bros whose echo chamber deployed anti-Semitic dual-loyalty tropes to smear critics of the Iran deal were now incredibly concerned about the Jewish community.
