UK government wisely bans transsexual men from women's prisons
Violent male criminals who claim to be “transgender” women will be banned from female prisons from Monday, Britain’s Justice Secretary has claimed. And it most definitely should apply to all, because if the offenders in question are born male, their muscle mass makes them far more physically dangerous to women, and they could easily commit more horror stories in prison, with the worst part being the high chances they'd be given a protected class status. Speaking of which, the rapist cited in the report was regrettably given too light a sentence for the crimes he's been convicted of:
Justice Secretary Dominic Raab has announced that males incarcerated for committing violent crimes in England and Wales will not be allowed to be housed in women’s prisons, even if they claim to be “transgender”.
Although Raab claims otherwise, the changes to the English prison regime appear to be in response to the controversy in Scotland surrounding “Isla Bryson”, a biological male convicted of two rapes who was sent to a women’s prison after claiming to be transgender.
With the British government having already promised to ban biological males entering women’s prisons if they still have male genitalia or if they have committed a sexual offence, for the most part, Raab has now announced that the ban will extend to all violent transgender criminals.
Adam Graham, who claims to be a transgender woman named Isla Bryson, has been sentenced to eight years in prison by the High Court in Edinburg on Tuesday after being found guilty of raping two women.Sturgeon should be utterly ashamed of herself for this atrocity, based as it is on a woke model built up in the USA, which has been on a downward spiral for a considerable amount of time now. As for sentencing, while putting the rapist on a registry is important, 8 years still isn't enough for such a repulsive man. He should be incarcerated for at least double the amount of time he'll spend in jail now, and let's hope he serves his full sentence with no parole at all.
The 31-year-old rapist — who was widely credited with taking down the local government of far-left Nicola Sturgeon in Scotland after she was unable to say whether Graham was a woman or not — was convicted in January of raping two women in 2016 and 2019, while still identifying as a man.
Shortly after being put on trial, Graham would go on to claim to be a transgender woman named Isla Bryson and was therefore initially afforded the privilege of staying in a female-only prison. After widespread public backlash over concern for the safety of women prisoners, the Scottish government reversed its decision and moved Graham to a male prison.
Sentencing Graham (Bryson) on Tuesday, Judge Lord Scott told the defendant: “You are not yet ready at this stage of accepting what you did or the serious harm you have inflicted on vulnerable women.”
“You raped two women who could both be regarded as vulnerable,” the judge said according to the Daily Record, noting that Graham had “preyed on these women because of their vulnerabilities and raped them in their own homes”.
The judge said that he would place the rapist on a sex offender register “indefinitely” because of the “high risk” of sexual reoffending and the “significant risk to any woman with whom” the rapist formed a relationship with.
