Donald Trump takes special emergency action for Christians persecuted in Nigeria by Islamofascists

However, Minaj then, perhaps not surprisingly, takes a lenient approach to
Trump announced on Friday that he’s designating Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern due to relentless persecution of Christians by radical Islamist terrorists.
“Reading this made me feel a deep sense of gratitude,” Minaj, whose real name is Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty, posted to X. “We live in a country where we can freely worship God. No group should ever be persecuted for practicing their religion.”
“We don’t have to share the same beliefs in order for us to respect each other,” she continued. “Numerous countries all around the world are being affected by this horror & it’s dangerous to pretend we don’t notice.”
“Thank you to The President & his team for taking this seriously,” the rapper added. “God bless every persecuted Christian. Let’s remember to lift them up in prayer.”
In a follow-up post, Minaj, who was raised Christian, stressed that people of all faiths must be allowed to worship freely. “[T]here are ‘extremists’ in every religion,” she said. “Sending love to our Muslim Barbz. Every single one of us should be able to worship in peace.” (Minaj fans call themselves “barbz.”)Oh for heaven's sake. That will not change the minds of the worst adherents to the Religion of Peace, nor will it solve the issue in the long run. Minaj is doing the right thing to address the subject, but she won't improve the situation by "sending love" to Islamists, and definitely not by failing to distinguish between religions. The most vital point to consider is that not all religions are created equal.
That said, it's good to see a serious topic has been addressed, and I hope Trump follows through by sending USA military to Nigeria if that's what it takes to defeat the jihadists convincingly. And to get them out of any rulership in Nigeria as well.
