History of the Bundy affair in Nevada

The Ammo website's got some history of the Cliven Bundy affair that took place in the state of Nevada back in 2014, at the time the leftist Obama administration was around. Worth reading.

Senior Gantz advisor made obscene remarks about Trump

Some horrifying data's turned up, showing that Ronen Tzur, a prominent advisor to leftist Benny Gantz who's accompanying him on his trip to the White House, made numerous social media posts against Donald Trump in the past few years:
A senior adviser to Blue and White chairman Benny Gantz, currently accompanying Gantz on a visit to Washington, D.C., to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump, has likened Trump in the past to Nazi leader Adolph Hitler and insinuated that he colluded with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He has also suggested that Trump play Russian roulette with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.

In August 2017, Tzur tweeted: “Barack Hussain Obama left, Donald Adolf Trump arrived. Dying to see who comes next.”

Similarly, in March 2016, Tzur tweeted: “Donald’s next book: Mein Trump,” playing on the spelling of Trump’s name (in Hebrew, “p” and “f” are represented by the same letter).

In September 2017, during attempted negotiations between Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, Tzur tweeted, “It seems right to me to suggest a compromise between Trump and Kim Jong: Russian roulette with two bullets. What will be will be.” [...]

The Likud Party responded in a statement:

“Political ignorance and irresponsibility on the part of Benny Gantz to bring with him the White House his personal adviser Ronen Tzur, who called the U.S. President ‘Donald Adolph Trump’ and posted a long series of tweets against him on social media. Let’s hope Gantz’s irresponsibility does not hurt Israel’s national interests vis-à-vis the U.S. government.”
Tzur's attempted to do damage control, but it's just so offensive, his efforts to backtrack are for naught. The POTUS would do well to confront both Tzur and Gantz about the noxious statements made by the former when they arrive at the Oval Office. Tzur's proven an utter embarrassment and atrocity, totally bad for Israel.

What Trump's invitation to the White House does for Israel

Caroline Glick's put forth what good Donald Trump's invitation to the White House can do for Israel during an election year:
The 1993 Oslo framework for peace, and every peace plan that derived from it since, was based on the assumption that the PLO gets a veto over Israel's right to secure its interests and assert its sovereign rights in Judea and Samaria.

Comments this week from Blue and White Party officials, from party head Benny Gantz on down the line demonstrated that Israel’s largest center-left faction, the party competing with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud for national leadership, adheres to this assumption unequivocally. Without the PLO’s permission, or what Gantz referred to on Tuesday as "coordination with the international community," (which amounts to the same thing), Gantz and his colleagues assert that Israel mustn’t apply its laws to the Jordan Valley or to any other part of Judea and Samaria.

Trump's sudden decision to summon Netanyahu to the White House for a meeting next Tuesday and his acceptance of Netanyahu’s request that Gantz also be invited, puts Gantz in a bind.

Clearly Trump’s move is dictated by U.S. electoral considerations. With the Democratic presidential primaries set to begin in just over a week, Trump cannot wait for the March 2 elections to make his move. By the time a government is finally formed in Israel – assuming the election results are conclusive this time around – Trump will be too busy with his reelection campaign to focus on Israel and the Palestinians.

Which brings us to Gantz and his invitation to the White House.

On the one hand, by agreeing to let Gantz join Netanyahu, Trump is granting the opposition leader the stature of a national leader, almost on par with Netanyahu.

But on the other hand, Trump is driving a wedge into the heart of Gantz’s party. Blue and White is not an organic party. It is a combined list of three different parties. Two of those parties lean left to various degrees. One leans right. To win over swing voters, Gantz has placed the right-wing candidates front and center and tried to keep the more leftist ideological majority of his party members on the sidelines.

The problem is that the left-leaning majority of his party cannot accept Trump’s rejection of the PLO veto. The likes of MKs Yael German and Ofer Shelah, who represent the majority of his party members have made clear that they will not accept any deviation from the Oslo line. They accept the anti-Israel narrative of the post-Zionist left and the "international community" which places all the blame on Israel for the absence of peace.

They believe that Israel must appease the PLO by giving up all – or nearly all – of Judea and Samaria and half of Jerusalem, even if that means mass expulsions of hundreds of thousands of law-abiding Jews from their homes. Moreover, as German made clear this week, as far as she and her colleagues are concerned, if the PLO won’t agree to a deal, then Israel should repeat its 2005 unilateral withdrawal from Gaza in Judea and Samaria. The fact that Hamas was quick to seize control over the Gaza Strip after Israel’s withdrawal is of no concern to her.

For Gantz to accept Trump’s peace plan, he will have to break away from the anti-Israeli narrative of the post-Zionist Left, held by the majority of his party members. Doing so would help him win the election. But it will also unravel his party.

If Gantz chooses instead to reject Trump’s plan and stand with Garmen and Shelah and the rest, if he rejects the administration’s pro-Israel approach which negates the notion that Israel’s enemies get to decide if Israel can assert its rights and secure its interests as a sovereign state, Gantz’s chances of winning the elections will diminish.

It’s hard to know how Gantz will respond. What we know for sure is that Trump's abrupt invitation changed the face of the election.
That's what's flattering about the whole strategy of inviting Gantz to the White House. It'll be interesting to see how he even speaks in English language, because Gantz's dialect isn't very impressive even in Hebrew.

David Mamet sums it up well

Playwright David Mamet's defended Trump, and explains what the left's reaction has been like:
“The reaction to Trump to me is fascinating,” Mamet said. “And one day I started looking at it and squinted my eyes. If you take a Freudian analytical concept, turn it inside out — flip cause and effect and see if the dream makes sense. So if we flip cause and effect, the reaction to Trump — which is psychotic — is equal I believe hydraulically to the reaction to a charismatic leader.”
As he says in their interview, the left's reaction to Trump has been "psychotic". It doesn't help the left's image one bit.

Holocaust survivor's son drafts bill for protecting children from sex-change operations

South Dakota GOP representative Fred Deutch, who's the son of a Holocaust survivor, wants to protect children from the transgender ideology advocates' abuse:
On Wednesday, South Dakota legislators commenced a hearing on a bill that would ban surgical and chemical sex-change treatments for minors. The bill was submitted by GOP Rep. Fred Deutsch, a child of a Holocaust survivor, who stated that what precipitated his bill, titled the Vulnerable Child Protection Act, was learning on the Internet about young people who had undergone surgery and spoke of their consequent suffering. [...]

He concluded, “If you care about kids, I think you have to prioritize them. And in South Dakota, we don’t allow mutilation of our children. I don’t care if it’s doctors. I don’t care if it’s parents. You know, these kids on the Internet, they share pictures of themselves that just blow you away — of all these surgical scars, and it’s terrible. That should not ever be allowed. To me, that’s a crime against humanity when these procedures are done by these so-called doctors… that dance on the edge of medicine… You know, I’m the son of a Holocaust survivor. I’ve had family members killed in Auschwitz. And I’ve seen the pictures of the bizarre medical experiments. I don’t want that to happen to our kids. And that’s what’s going on right now.”
If there's anybody who'd understand and have the moral authority to speak on an issue like this, it'd surely have to be Holocaust survivors and their family members who'd done the research. Indeed, that's exactly what these transgender chemical operations are horrifically similar to - experiments by the nazis and Dr. Mengele. And it has to stop.

Anti-Trump construction worker murders his pro-Trump boss

A politically motivated murder took place in Florida, wherein a Trump supporter was the victim:
A construction worker with anti-government beliefs is accused of fatally stabbing his boss, who was a “proud and outspoken American and pro-Donald Trump,” according to an Orange County sheriff’s arrest affidavit.

Mason Trever Toney, 28, was arrested Monday on murder charges in the death of his boss, William Knight, 28. [...]

According to the arrest affidavit, a 911 caller reported that his coworker, identified as Toney, stabbed and killed their boss.

Deputies said they found Knight dead next to an excavator with a brand new American flag over the side of his body. Witnesses said Toney was spotted carrying a backpack, which likely was carrying the flag, according to the affidavit. [...]

Witnesses said they heard Knight yell for help and saw Toney repeatedly stabbing him with a trowel, according to the affidavit.

Deputies said witnesses tried to stop the attack and threw things at Toney, who jumped into a truck and drove away while calling the witnesses “terrorists.”
The culprit was so conspiracy-theory driven, and believed the government was after him, though undoubtably, only the Trump government. And now he's thrown away his future, all over political disagreements. This is absolutely terrible.

Jordan valley should be annexed as fast as possible

Netanyahu's made the campaign promise to annex the Jordan valley:
Prime Minister Netanyahu on Tuesday said with the help of the Trump administration, he would extend Israeli sovereignty over all settlements in the West Bank settlements.

“As I’ve promised, no settlement in Judea and Samaria will be uprooted and we’ll apply Israeli sovereignty over all settlements. This our next step, not just the blocs,” Netanyahu told settler leaders, using the Biblical term for the West Bank.

“We’ll ensure settlement in the heart of the Land of Israel together with the American administration,” he added.

His remarks came after his rival Benny Gantz vowed to annex the Jordan Valley if his Blue and White party won the March 2 elections, echoing a similar pledge by Netanyahu. However, Gantz added the caveat he would only do so “in coordination with the international community.”

Although the promise seemed to be targeting right wing voters, it drew criticism from the right with people saying it was nothing more than hot air.

“There’s no such thing as enacting sovereignty in coordination with the international community,”
the Times of Israel quoted Yesha settlement umbrella council leader and Jordan Valley Regional Council chairman David Elhyani as saying.

Elhyani further noted most the world would reject a move to annex the Jordan Valley.

“This is a declaration empty of meaning,” Elhayani said.

Netanyahu said there was no reason for Gantz to wait until after the election to make the move, and if he believed in it he would support an upcoming vote on the matter in the next few weeks.
If Gantz won't support it prior to elections, that'll only prove where he really stands, ditto his whole farce of a party.

The awful "rabbi" Yitzhak Yosef has no strategy whatsoever

David Weinberg wrote about the travesty Haredi rabbis like Yitzhak Yosef have led to:
Had Rabbi Yosef’s remarks not been delivered in such foul fashion, and each of the above statements so defamatory, one might have charitably thought that he was trying to make a legitimate point.

One might have thought that Yosef was seeking to spark a serious and needed debate about the problematics of bringing so many Russian non-Jews to Israel (upwards of 400,000), or at least drive parliamentary reconsideration of the "grandchild clause" in the Law of Return (which is core to the problem).

One might have thought that he was considering taking more responsibility for handling the screaming-to-heaven need for Orthodox conversion outreach to Russian-Israeli non-Jews, in a positive way that might somewhat defuse the enormous demographic and societal time bomb posed by the current situation.

But no. Rabbi Yosef’s outburst is characteristic of his generally sour, angry demeanor and his politicized approach to his post as chief rabbi.

Yitzhak Yosef was mainly responding to the violent anti-religious campaigning of that base rabble-rouser, Avigdor Lieberman, and his Yisrael Beiteinu henchmen (extremists like Alecs Kushnir and Lazar Kaplun). Unfortunately, Yosef’s eruption provides fodder for Lieberman’s political campaign in advance of Israel’s March elections.
If anything, Yosef clearly isn't as educated as he thinks he is. Otherwise, he'd know better than to give ammunition to Lieberman that could've been entirely avoided. It just demonstrates the poor conduct many insular Haredis go by, and how ignorant they are of arguments like "life and death are in the hands of the tongue".
This is one more sad result of the ruinous Oslo peace process. In the 1990s, the political left gave the keys to Israel’s Jewish character to Ultra-Orthodox politicians in order to purchase haredi support for the Oslo process and the subsequent Gaza disengagement.

Haredi rabbis began a slow but inexorable conquest, with the backing of the reigning Labor Party, of city rabbinates, religious courts, conversion courts, municipal religious councils, and kashrut agencies, turning the Chief Rabbinate into an ossified, contrary force that has created more problems than it has solved.

Religious Zionist and Modern Orthodox rabbis, who had built and controlled the Rabbinate for the country’s first 40 years and who were generally much more attuned to the needs of the non-religious and Zionist public, were pushed out.

Prime Minister Netanyahu made the same Faustian bargain in 2013, when – for narrow political reasons – he supported the haredi candidate for chief rabbi, David Lau, over the religious Zionist candidate, Rabbi David Stav.

As far as most haredi rabbis are concerned, the many Russian non-Jews who came to Israel, and their children, can simply remain goyim – since haredi society has no intention of mixing with that public anyway.
That's what being insular is all about. It shows Yosef's crowd doesn't recognize their humanity, and that's what drives Haredis like him, which is contrary to Judaism. For what he did, he should be defrocked.

Yair Lapid's Knesset faction signed letter accusing Donald Trump of "racism" in 2015

Breitbart reported that 5 years ago, members of Yaid Lapid's Yesh Atid party, now joined with Benny Gantz's party, signed a disgusting letter railing against Trump:
Members of the Knesset for the ruling Likud party’s main challenger, Blue and White, signed a letter in 2015 aimed at pressing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to cancel a meeting with then-presidential hopeful Donald Trump.

The letter in question, a copy of which was rehashed on Twitter by Netanyahu’s son, Yair, demanded the Israeli prime minister cancel a December 2015 meeting with Trump over the latter’s “disgraceful racism” with his so-called “Muslim travel ban” campaign promise.

“Trump this week declared that all Muslims must be banned from entering the U.S.,” the letter stated.

“In light of such a shameful, racist declaration, which received harsh condemnation in the U.S. and around the world, it is unthinkable to consider that the meeting go ahead as planned.”

“We call on the prime minister to publicly condemn the statement and cancel the meeting with Trump until there is a retraction,” the letter concluded.

At the time, 37 MKs signed the letter, the majority of whom were in the opposition.

One of the signatories was Israel’s former health minister, Yael German, today a Blue and White MK.

Six Yesh Atid MKs signed the letter against Trump, including Aliza Lavie, Mickey Levy, Yael German, Karin Elharar, Haim Yellin, and Yaacov Peri. Peri stepped down from the Knesset amid allegations of misconduct, Yellin resigned from political life after not making it into the 21st Knesset under his new party Labor, and Lavie also left politics
.
Now this is simply disgusting, and notably fails to distinguish between religion and race, all out of desperation to find something to condemn Trump for. If this awful party is ever elected to lead a government, it'll be an embarrassment to have them speaking with Trump, assuming they're even willing to. The Yesh Atid party really is far more of a disgrace than previously thought.

Defense ministry will bar entry to leftist anarchists in Judea/Samaria

Defense minister Naftali Bennett is issuing restraining orders against destructive leftists in Judea/Samaria:
Defense Minister Naftali Bennett has ordered the IDF to issue an administrative restraining order barring "left-wing anarchist activists" from Area C of the West Bank.

This is the first time that such a global order has been issued. Typically, it is a tool that the Defense Ministry has used to clamp down on far-right Jewish extremists suspected of price tag attacks against Palestinians and Israeli security forces.

“The circus is over. We will act harshly against domestic enemies that harm IDF soldiers and the country’s security,” Bennett said.

He has asked the IDF Central Command, the general security establishment and the Israeli police force to work on the matter.

At issue is the group Anarchists Against the Wall, which works to support Palestinian protests against the security barrier and against the IDF in B’ilin, Na’alin, Kadum and Nabi Saleh. [...]

“No one has the right to harm Israeli soldiers and the security of the country in the name of freedom of expression and the right to protest. The time has come to stop the provocation of these anarchists and act harshly against these domestic enemies,” Bennett said.

The right-wing group Im Tirzu welcomed “Bennett's important decision,” explaining that “extreme left-wing activists from Israel and abroad” are in Judea and Samaria daily to harass IDF soldiers and to document events so they create a campaign of delegitimization against the IDF and the State of Israel.
The time's come to keep the real troublemakers and warmongers out. The group cited above seems like a good place to start.

Democrats continue with their impeachment farce against Trump

The Democrats are continuing to do whatever they can, no matter the cost, to impeach Donald Trump from office over unproven and petty issues:
US President Donald Trump’s Senate impeachment trial began on Thursday with the reading of the impeachment articles and the swearing in of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and the senators who will decide whether Trump should be removed from office.

The Senate conducted its ceremonial functions of the impeachment trial on Thursday before the actual arguments get underway next Tuesday. [...]

The trial is only beginning this week after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi withheld the formal sending of the articles for four weeks after the House voted on them, as Democrats pushed for Republicans to agree to calling witnesses and obtaining new documents for the trial.

Pelosi said at her weekly press conference Thursday that Senate Republicans are "afraid of the truth," when asked what her response is to Senate Republicans who say they shouldn't have to consider new evidence which wasn't included in the House investigation.
That's almost hilarious coming from a leftist who can't stand the truth. Pelosi is such an embarrassment, and if the Dems manage to do such an awful thing, after all the good Trump's been doing, they'll really cast disaster upon the country.

Itamar Ben-Gvir should drop out of the electoral race

Now that there's been a united party (Yamina) formed on the right of the Likud, without this questionable lawyer around, it'd do a lot of good if Ben-Gvir would drop out of the race and save us all a lot of worry and trouble:
"Prime Minister praises the leadership revealed by Rabbi Rafi Peretz who acted to minimize Bennett's damage to the Right-leaning bloc. Now the Prime Minister expects Ben-Gvir to step down from the race to secure Rightist rule," they added.

Culture and Sport Minister Brig. Gen. (res.) Miri Regev this morning also called on the Otzma Yehudit Party not to contest the upcoming Knesset elections.

In a post to her Facebook page, Regev noted, "Last night, Binyamin Netanyahu tried to do everything possible to avoid the scenario of the '92 elections. But it's not too late to repair. I urge Otzma Yehudit to assume responsible leadership and retire from the race so we don't repeat past mistakes."

Regev recalled, "The '92 elections stood for the spectacular ego and fantasies of the Right. No less than six different Rightist parties contested the same election campaign: Moledet, Tzomet, National Religious Party (NRP - Mafdal), Techiya, Geulat Yisrael, and HaTorah v'HaAretz. The knit-kippah Right then, as today, experienced a crisis. Politicians of the Right then turned to compete for the Rightist electorate's vote, while infighting.

"How did it end? Techiya, Geulat Yisrael, and HaTorah v'HaAretz didn't pass the electoral threshold, wasting about 48,500 votes," Regev noted.
And the left came in because of all that. Now as for today, the problem with Ben-Gvir is that he's suggested he condones violence, as explained in the following:
Naftali Bennett stood on his hind legs and stubbornly refused to add Ben-Gvir to the united list. He claimed that a man who hangs in his living room a picture of the killer of innocents (a reference to the portrait of Dr. Baruch Goldstein hanging in Ben Gvir’s living room – DI) can’t be a partner in a legitimate national religious party.

“I will not include in my list anyone who has in his living room a picture of a man who murdered 29 innocent people. It’s so self-evident that I’m amazed I have to explain it at all,” Bennett declared. He added, in a diatribe that included Otzma Yehudit, the Hills Youth and Price Tag: “Instead of building, they break. Instead of fixing, they riot. They bear deep contempt for the State of Israel and its institutions. Contempt for IDF commanders and security forces personnel. In their view, violence is acceptable. Conducting workshops for lawbreakers on how to make fun of their interrogators is a righteous thing. It’s just awful.”

He really did come to bury Caesar, not to praise him. 18 feet under.

There was of course a more practical reason for boycotting Ben-Gvir: Bennett et al know that Ben-Gvir’s presence on their list—because of his affiliation with the teachings of the late Rabbi Meir Kahane—would turn away many more votes than Otzma’s sum total of about 50 thousand supporters.
Because of these controversial elements - which you can be absolutely sure would provide all the ammunition the left would hope for - that's why figures like Ben-Gvir simply do not make good partners in politics. What Goldstein did in the mid-90s - gunning down Islamists praying in the Tomb of Patriarchs - provided anti-Israelists/semites all the ammunition they're still going to exploit today. And the announcement by Ben-Gvir he'd remove the picture from the living room came much, MUCH too late:
Ben-Gvir was deeply hurt: “Peretz betrayed me and stabbed me in the back,” he said, never mind all that belly aching over how difficult it was for Peretz to stick the knife right between Ben-Gvir’s shoulder blades.

“We did everything in order to go together,” Ben-Gvir wailed. “We agreed to give up slots. Bennett said today his problem was with the picture in my living room. So to save the rightwing government, I removed the picture from my living room. But apparently these people don’t care about ideology or anything, It’s a bunch that doesn’t deserve to be in the leadership.”

Yes, he actually expected that by taking down Baruch Goldstein’s portrait all would be forgotten and forgiven. Say what you will, the man knows his street theater.
If Ben-Gvir were smart, he would've thrown out the picture long ago. How can somebody who wants to be taken seriously not realize it provides ammunition, and why does he think suddenly announcing he'd part ways with the picture will instantly make him legitimate? If he understood anything, he would never have kept it around, period.

Ben-Gvir, I must conclude for responsibility's sake, doesn't belong in the Knesset, and it's regrettable he's chosen to make such a shoddy example of himself. At this point, I have no doubt that, if he continues till the end, he'll be doing it intentionally to damage the right and cause them to lose votes. It's very sad we're still plagued with people like that.

Update: after reading this item on the Daily Wire about destructive "alt-rightists" like the aforementioned Nick Fuentes, I'm starting to wonder if people like Ben-Gvir share anything in common with them. Sadly, it's a possibility.

A criminally irresponsible French prosecution

A lawyer for Sarah Halimi's family wrote about the case that's turning the French justice system into a disaster:
Sometimes it is possible to disagree with a court decision but to understand it better by reading it.

This is not the case with the judgment handed down by the Paris Appeals Court on Dec. 19 in the Sarah Halimi case. According to the judges, the suspect in her killing, Kobili Traoré, is criminally irresponsible because he "was not aware" that the massive use of cannabis could lead to an acute delirium.

This is incomprehensible. Here is an individual who has been smoking pot every day for 13 years (up to 15 joints a day!), who suffered from growing irritability, paranoia and uncontrolled fits of rage and who therefore voluntarily put himself at risk for himself and other. And despite all this, a panel of experts ruled that he could not have known what he was doing.

Such reasoning is simply untenable. By making the use of alcohol and drugs as an aggravating circumstance for any crime or offense, the members of the French parliament had no doubt about the dangerousness of psychotropic substances.

By avoiding a real trial, let alone a conviction, the experts – followed with confounding unanimity by the defense, the Advocate General and now the judges – are sending a devastating message to society as a whole.

Drug users will see this as an incentive to use more drugs, since the more they use, the less responsible they will be held. This will see France slowly turn into a huge psychiatric asylum.
Exactly. Abominations like this turn into role models of the darkest kind. And the worst part is that the prosecution undoubtably intended and hoped for this.
Mr. Traoré took drugs voluntarily. And because this was not the first time, because he already had a long history of cannabis use, because he had already been convicted of using narcotics and therefore necessarily alerted to the danger of these products, because he himself had suffered, and acknowledged to have suffered, the harmful effects of cannabis on his psyche, Mr. Traoré must answer for his actions before a criminal court.

Moreover, is it not contradictory for the Investigation Chamber to acknowledge both Kobili Traoré's "willingness" to kill Sarah Halimi and his total lack of awareness or control over her actions?

Finally, we cannot be satisfied with this legal blind spot: too "crazy" for prison, not "crazy" enough for psychiatric internment.

It is in this dark corner, far from anyone's view, that Sarah Halimi was buried for a second time. Mr. Traoré will not remain in the bonds of a compulsory hospitalization for long. But because he was "insane" at the time of the events, he shall not go to prison either.

Mr. Traoré will, therefore, leave his ward much sooner than a conviction for his crime should have provided.

About a week ago, rallies in various French cities such as Paris and Marseille saw thousands of Jews and non-Jews march together to protest the court's decision.

Hopefully, people will realize that when Jews are targeted, it is a warning that society is becoming sick. This case goes beyond the Jewish community.

Everybody should feel concerned because if the Supreme Court upholds the Investigation Chamber's decision, everybody could be at risk
.
One way or another, everything must be done to send a wakeup call as to the horror story the court's creating.

An MK from Blue & White returns to the Likud

Gadi Yevarkan, a Knesset member of Ethiopian background who was originally part of the Likud before going over to Blue & White, is now returning to the Likud, apparently disillusioned with Benny Gantz and Yair Lapid's joke of a party:
The Blue and White party lost a Knesset member on Wednesday when Ethiopian-born MK Gadi Yevarkan, 39, decided to accept an offer to accept the 20th spot on the Likud list of candidates in the upcoming elections on March 2nd. Blue & White had placed the lawmaker much farther down on their list — in the 33rd place — for the upcoming ballots.

Needless to say, Blue and White leadership was unhappy with the news and immediately took Yevarkan off the list.

“I decided, in coordination with MK Lt. Gen. [Moshe] Bogie Ya’alon to remove MK Gadi Yevarkan from the Blue and White slate,” wrote faction leader Benny Gantz. [...]

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lost no time in welcoming Yevarkan to the party on Wednesday, saying “I am happy to see you here. We have so much to do, so much to fix, in the struggle over violence, over discrimination, over equality. For all these reasons I’ll be happy to see you settled back at home with the Likud.”

In responding, Yevarkan replied, “Mr. Prime Minister, I am happy to return home, and by the way, it’s because the community pressured me night and day, recently, to come back.

“For about 20 years, I have worked for the community, exactly for these reasons; I really hope and believe that we will improve the situation of the community, and of the general Israeli society, for the unity of Israel, and for the benefit of Eretz Israel. We’ll do it, and we’ll succeed,” Yevarkan said.
He's doing the right thing to return, and it's clear Gantz and Yaalon were unfair to him in the end. He's much better off with the Likud.

State prosecution wants to speed up Malka Leifer's extradition to Australia

The state prosecutor's office is ideally working on getting the Haredi child molestor's extradition back Down Under sped up:
The senior prosecutor from the State Attorney’s Office handling the extradition request against alleged pedophile Malka Leifer has requested that the judge hearing the case schedule an immediate date for Australia’s request to be heard.

Yuval Kaplinsky, director of the State Attorney’s Office International Department, asked Judge Chana Miriam Lomp of the Jerusalem District Court not to allow cross-examination of the experts on the psychiatric panel, which has declared Leifer fit to stand trial.
They're correct to oppose any attempt by the defense to delay the case any further. Most offensive of all, of course, is how the Haredi community she comes from is clearly paying tons for her legal bills in this whole matter, which just shows what kind of vile vermin they are along with her.
On Monday, Kaplinsky submitted a request asking Lomp to immediately adopt the psychiatric assessment and to schedule hearings and a date for a final decision on the extradition request.

“In light of the opinion submitted by the panel of [psychiatric] experts, it is clear [that] the honorable court, the extradition process and the mental health services have been a victim for five years of fraud and deception by the defendant and her associates,” Kaplinsky wrote.

The decision in 2016 to freeze the extradition process because of Leifer’s supposed mental incapacity, as well as the subsequent delays after evidence that she was feigning mental illness came to light, had “significantly impaired Israel’s ability so far to meet its international commitment to Australia,” he said.

Now is the right time to remove other legal obstacles and move forward quickly with the extradition process and “avoid in every way a situation in which the defendant continues to delay the process and fraudulently disrupt it,” Kaplinsky said.

“There is no reason or need to cross-examine the panel members,” he wrote, adding that “the transcripts of the defendant’s examination by the expert panel are sufficient to clarify that this is a defendant who is familiar with the reality of her surroundings and is therefore eligible to stand trial.”

The severe delays in the extradition proceedings were a violation of Israel’s extradition treaty with Australia and had caused substantial damage to Israel’s diplomatic relations with the country, Kaplinsky said. [...]

The State Attorney’s Office appears anxious to avoid further delays in a case that is now in its sixth year and has caused considerable damage to the image of Israel’s criminal justice system.
It most definitely has. Especially when you consider how the legal system seemed more interested in going after Benjamin Netanyahu over petty issues than in seriously dealing with a far more severe case like this. If the judge recognizes the seriousness of the case at hand, she'll respect the prosecution's request.

Haredi cult leader arrested for slavemongering

It looks like there's another case of a religious cult leader in Israel who was keeping women and children as slaves, and has now thankfully been arrested for it:
Israeli police have arrested a rabbi who is suspected of holding around 50 women and children in conditions of slavery.

The arrest follows a raid on a complex in Jerusalem, where the alleged victims are believed to have been kept isolated from their families.

The women had been punished in various ways and had money stolen from them, police said.

The suspect, in his 60s, has denied doing anything wrong.

He was detained in an ultra-Orthodox district in central Jerusalem on suspicion of running a "closed community" where women and children "worked under conditions of slavery", police said in a statement.
More info over here:
Authorities suspect the school, which operated as a separate and tightly knit-community, was in practice a cult which used coercion and abuse to force dozens of women and children to remain there against their will.

The ten suspects arrested in the raid were taken into custody on suspicion of holding victims in slave-like conditions, child abuse, and sexual abuse.

The suspects are slated to be brought before the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court at 1:00 p.m. Monday for an extension of their arrests.

Roughly 50 women and a number of children were held at the compound in crowded and poorly maintained facilities.

Police say the investigation was opened following reports that the school headmaster had used force and various punishments to coerce members to remain a part of the community, compelling them to work while pocketing the money they earned.
The authorities have thankfully extended custody time for the culprits. There really needs to be a law that can prevent cults in this country. If there had been, it's possible the Lev Tahor cult could've been prevented.

Anyone who votes for Lieberman's party is only prolonging a political paralysis

The economy minister's made a valid argument for the upcoming third election in less than a year:
Economy Minister Eli Cohen (Likud) warned that anyone who votes for the MK Avigdor Liberman's Yisrael Beytenu party is "voting for a fourth round of elections."

At a Shabbatarbut (political and cultural forums that take place on the Sabbath) event in the central city of Givatayim, Cohen explained that in order to avoid further elections, the public needs to vote according whether it believes Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu should be prime minister, or Blue and White Chairman MK Benny Gantz should fill the role.

"If we want to avoid a fourth round of elections, there is one way to do it," he said. "Anyone who is for a right-wing nationalist government should vote for Netanyahu, and anyone who is for a leftist and Arab government should vote for Gantz. And therefore, anyone who votes for Liberman is voting for a fourth round of elections, because he doesn't support one, and he doesn't support the other."
If Lieberman's not willing to join either side unless it's a unity government, as he allegedly demands, then he's contributing to the damage now wrought upon the political system as well. All at a time when Israel's facing Iran's still formidable menace. This is simply not acceptable.

Photos obtained of Clinton using Epstein's plane

Israel Hayom reports that new pictures show former US president Bill Clinton making use of the late sex-offending financier Jeffrey Epstein's private plane alongside a former associate:
They say photos don't lie, which is why a New York Post exclusive may pose a damning blow to former President Bill Clinton.

In photos obtained exclusively by the Post, the former president is seen standing next to Jeffrey Epstein's business associate Ghislaine Maxwell abroad his private jet.

The jet, which was rumored to bring countless underage women to Epstein's private island for illicit sex parties, is dubbed the "Lolita Express."

Clinton’s arm is draped around Maxwell's shoulder, a woman who now is allegedly fleeing authorities who are eager to find out more about her involvement in Epstein’s elaborate sex trafficking plot.

The images are of Clinton's 2002 trip to Africa where many other celebrities including Kevin Spacey (who is battling pedophilia accusations of his own) and comedian Chris Tucker were in attendance. The trip was reportedly part of a summit hosted by Clinton's humanitarian foundation.
Some "humanitarian" Clinton was, if this was the company he kept. It's an absolute disgrace, and now, the truth of what kind of associations he had is coming to light.

Malka Leifer found mentally fit to stand trial for her sex offenses

Finally, the panel tasked with examining the Haredi child molestor Malka Leifer has determined her to be mentally fit for standing trial:
A psychiatric panel on Thursday decided that alleged sex offender Malka Leifer from Australia is mentally fit to stand trial and has been feigning mental illness.

In the coming days, the Jerusalem District Court will determine whether to extradite her back to her country, where she is wanted for sex offenses. [...]

The panel’s decision that Leifer is mentally fit for trial follows nearly six years of legal proceedings against the alleged offender.

Leifer, a former Ultra-Orthodox girls’ school principal, is charged in Australia with dozens of cases of child abuse. She fled to Israel in 2008 following allegations that she had sexually abused students at the Adass Yisroel school in Melbourne on 74 different occasions.

Nicole, Dassi and Elly Erlich, three sisters who were Leifer’s victims, issued a statement commending the panel on its decision after the long legal proceedings in Leifer’s case.

“We cannot believe this day has come!!! Incredible news!! We knew this all along! Such a long wait! Justice has come!!” They wrote.

Victims’ rights advocate Manny Waks called the panel’s decision a “monumental development.”

“This is a monumental development in this prolonged case. It seems that finally justice will prevail. We are delighted for the three courageous sisters, Nicole, Dassi & Elly,” he said.

“We will continue to do all that we can to ensure Leifer is put on a plane back to Australia as soon as possible so that she can stand trial for the 74 charges of rape and sexual assault against the three sisters,” he added.
And she better be sent back. Leifer doesn't belong in Israel, and did her damndest to ensure she doesn't deserve to be here. Why, she doesn't even deserve kosher meals if she committed such abominations. I'm glad a decision was finally reached, and the court better honor it. I too wish to congratulate the 3 sisters for their efforts to ensure Leifer would be brought to justice. This should also serve as an example for why Haredis from insular communities who commit repulsive offenses cannot be allowed privileged statuses that enable them to evade justice.

Former transgender poser leaves lifestyle, recognizing it as a fraud

A man who'd pretended to be a woman as part of the disturbing transgender ideology that's become far too prevalent these days, has wisely chosen to resume life as the man he truly is:
James Shupe, the man who became the first person to obtain a legal sex designation of “non-binary,” now says the transgender lifestyle is a “fraud.”

On Christmas Eve, an Oregon judge restored James (formerly Jamie) Shupe’s gender to male and allowed him to resume using his birth name.

A recent report at PJ Media noted that Shupe characterized his “non-binary” status as a “psychologically harmful legal fiction.”

“The lies behind my fictitious sex changes, something I shamefully participated in, first to female, and then to non-binary, have been forever exposed,” Shupe told PJ Media. “A truthful accounting of events has replaced the deceit that allowed me to become America’s first legally non-binary person.”

Shupe acknowledged achieving the first “non-binary” sex designation was a win for the radical LGBTQ lobby. Now, however, he said he has “corrected” his legal record “and LGBT advocates are no longer able to use my historic non-binary court order to advance their toxic agenda.”

“I am and have always been male,”
he said. “That is my biological truth, the only thing capable of grounding me to reality.”

He added the “non-binary” sex designation is “fraud and legal fiction based on pseudoscience.”

“I was indoctrinated to believe that I had this thing called a gender identity and that suppressing it was causing my mental health problems,” he added. “It was all a lie.”
This is good news to learn somebody's woken up, and understands now what harmful propaganda the LGBT movement's been pushing for so many years, at the expense of sanity, health and logic. This'll hopefully help undo the damage done to many in this generation.
